The Smooth Operator is Bavu's consulting practice for organisations that need strategy translated into working systems. From operational audits to execution support, it is the side of the work that happens behind the scenes—and usually has the most impact.
Shuri is the holding space for Bavu's early-stage ventures, experiments, and investments—from property and agriculture to experiences and technology. Some are building quietly. Others will be announced when the time is right.
